Subscription & Cancellation Policy
By purchasing a subscription product, you agree to receive recurring deliveries and recurring charges according to the subscription plan selected at checkout.
Billing & Renewals
Subscriptions are automatically renewed and billed using the payment method provided during checkout.
By completing your purchase, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for all future subscription renewals until the subscription is cancelled.
Subscription billing dates, renewal dates, shipment dates, and delivery schedules may vary based on operational, inventory, supplier, fulfillment, and logistics requirements.
Fulfillment Flexibility
By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge and agree that shipment dates, delivery frequency, product quantities, package configurations, and fulfillment schedules may be adjusted from time to time to accommodate inventory availability, supplier constraints, demand fluctuations, fulfillment capacity, shipping carrier requirements, and other operational considerations.
We reserve the right to:

Ship subscription orders earlier or later than originally scheduled.

Combine multiple subscription shipments into a single shipment.

Split a shipment into multiple deliveries.

Adjust delivery frequency when necessary for inventory management or fulfillment efficiency.

Adjust product quantities, package sizes, bundle configurations, or shipment timing where reasonably required.

Delay, accelerate, consolidate, or reschedule subscription shipments based on operational requirements.
Such adjustments do not constitute a cancellation of the subscription and do not automatically entitle the customer to a refund, provided that the subscription continues to deliver substantially equivalent value.
Subscription Management
Customers may modify, pause, update, or cancel their subscription at any time through their customer account or by contacting our support team.
Cancellation Policy
To avoid being charged for an upcoming renewal, cancellation requests must be submitted at least 31 days before the next scheduled billing date.
Cancellation requests submitted less than 31 days before the next billing date may not take effect until after the next renewal order has been processed.
Once a renewal order has been generated, processed, prepared for fulfillment, or submitted to our fulfillment partners, that order may no longer be eligible for cancellation.
Cancellation of a subscription prevents future renewals only and does not automatically cancel orders that have already been processed.
Shipping & Processing
Subscription orders are automatically generated according to the active subscription status at the time of renewal.
Orders that have entered processing, fulfillment, packaging, preparation, or shipment stages cannot be modified or cancelled.
Shipping timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Refund Policy
Subscription charges are non-refundable once a renewal order has been generated, processed, fulfilled, prepared for shipment, or shipped.
Refunds may only be considered in cases where:

The wrong product was delivered.

The product arrived damaged.

The product arrived defective.
All refund requests are subject to review and approval.
Changes To Subscription Terms
We reserve the right to update, modify, or amend this Subscription & Cancellation Policy at any time. Continued participation in the subscription program constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
